At AVnIT Technologies, we treat your data with the same precision we apply to your infrastructure. We do not sell, trade, or monetize your information. All data handling is governed by the terms set forth in our applicable service or project agreements.

Regulatory Standards & HIPAA

For our healthcare and professional partners, we maintain the Administrative, Physical, and Technical safeguards required to protect sensitive data and Protected Health Information (PHI). Our compliance obligations and liability frameworks are defined within our Managed Technology Services Agreement or relevant project contract.

Information Collection

We collect information provided during consultations, project engineering, or via our digital platforms. We also process technical data necessary to maintain the stability of your systems, limited to devices identified in an applicable Statement of Work or Sales Order.

Service Provider Tools

To deliver our Services, we may deploy monitoring agents, remote access tools, or security scripts. These tools are removed from your environment following the completion of a project or termination of a service agreement and settlement of outstanding accounts.

Third-Party Disclosure

We hold all proprietary client information in strict confidence. We only pass information to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you, such as hardware vendors for warranty registration, permit offices, or authorized payment processors.

Data Security & Risk

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be totally secure. All information shared is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that all clients maintain appropriate insurance as outlined in their respective agreements with AVnIT Technologies.
